How do I redeem points against reward flights?
- Select the “flights” rewards and where you would like to go, including your “from” departure region.
- Choose your flight class – from economy, premium economy, business and first and hit “redeem now”.
- You will then be redirected to the OnBusiness site where you can book your flights. This is the portal for Iberia and British Airways corporate customers, which uses OnBusiness points as its reward currency. Reward flight redemptions must be made via OnBusiness rather than with IAG Cargo.
FORWARD.REWARDS and FORWARD.PLATINUM points are the currency for Cargo but will be converted to OnBusiness points (ratio 1:1) in order to book flights.
How far in advance can I book a reward flight?
Flights can be booked 355 days before scheduled departure.
Is there a penalty for a reward flight date change?
For British Airways’ OnBusiness redemption tickets, there are no penalties for date changes. For an upgrade with OnBusiness points, the underlying fare rules still apply. Service fees are applicable for changes made by phone.
Are there restrictions on the number of times I can make changes to a flight redemption?
The tickets can be changed as many times as needed within ticket validity and subject to availability. Changes must be made up to 24 hours in advance.
If tickets are booked but go unused, will my points still be cashed in?
If a ticket is booked, goes unused and is not cancelled within 24 hours before the first flight in a given itinerary, your points will be non-refundable.
If I cancel my ticket, do I get a full refund of my points? What about the taxes and fees?
If you cancel your ticket 24 hours before the first flight and your points have not expired, they will be refunded, along with the taxes. Service fees are applicable if you cancel your reservation by phone.
Which airlines can I book with?
While you can earn points across all IAG Cargo carriers, you can redeem them only on British Airways and Iberia for flights.
How do I redeem points for a hotel stay?
You can redeem your FORWARD.REWARDS and FORWARD.PLATINUM points through our hotel partner, Global Hotel Card, which offers denominations of US$50, US$100 and US$250 values. The card gives you access to more than 350,000 hotels worldwide.
- Select “Learn More” under the “Hotels” section.
- Select the denomination of voucher you would like, either US$50, US$100 or US$250.
- Select the quantity of each voucher you would like and click “Redeem now”.
- Vouchers will be delivered via email in the form of an “e-code” which can be redeemed immediately.
How long do the vouchers last?
Vouchers do not expire and can be redeemed at any time.
How many vouchers can be used per booking?
You can use four vouchers in one single transaction, up to the value of $1,000 every month.

Are resort fees or taxes included in the hotel price?
Taxes and fees appear in the reservation summary and are included in the total price.
Will there be additional expenses for my hotel stay?
Your prepaid booking with your points includes the cost of the room, tax recovery charges and service fees. Additional costs such as meals, minibar, phone and parking aren’t included unless specifically included in the room type chosen during booking.
How many vouchers can I request in a month?
You can ask for a maximum of US$1,000 worth of vouchers, and four vouchers amounting to the value of US$1,000 can be used in a single transaction.

What are cargo credits?
Points can be redeemed for discounts on your consignment in the form of cargo credits.
How much can I redeem?
Cargo credits can be redeemed in denominations of US$50, US$100, and US$250.
How many cargo credits can I use on my shipment?
You can redeem up to the total value of US$300 each month.
How do I request cargo credits?
Log in to your FORWARD.REWARDS account and select “Cargo credits”. Choose how many you credits you want to redeem, and select “Redeem now”. The request will be approved and applied to your next billing cycle.
Can my cargo credits be refunded back to points if I don’t need them anymore?
We can’t make a refund request once it has been approved internally, but if you would like to delay the use of your cargo credits to a later date, please contact your account manager.
MANAGING MY ACCOUNT
How will I know how many points I have?
You will receive a statement email at the end of each month with your points summary. Logging in to your members portal will also give you access to your points balance.
Why do I get an error message when I try to redeem American Airlines flights?
We are committed to developing our loyalty scheme but currently we do not offer American Airlines flights.
How many points can I earn per tier?
- Bronze €0 – €99,000 revenue, €5 = 1 point
- Silver €100,000 – €799,99 revenue, €4 = 1 point
- Gold €800,000 – €1.29m revenue, €3.5 = 1 point
- Platinum €1.3m+ revenue, €3.5 = 1 point
When do my points expire?
All FORWARD.REWARDS and FORWARD.PLATINUM points expire at the end of the following year they were earned. For instance, points earned in 2021 will expire on 31st December 2022.

How do I contact IAG Cargo about my membership?
You can email email@example.com or speak to your account manager.
How do I become a nominated user of my company’s FORWARD.REWARDS account?
Contact your account’s primary user – they will be able to add you as the secondary user.
How do I change my FORWARD.REWARDS password?
Log in to your FORWARD.REWARDS account and select ‘Settings’ from the main dashboard. Then select ‘Change my password’. If you change your FORWARD.REWARDS password you will have two different passwords, as your OnBusiness password will still remain.
How do I change my OnBusiness password?
Access the login portal for OnBusiness and select “forgotten password”. Enter your username in the given box, and we will email you steps to renew your password.
I’ve forgotten everything about my account, how can I come back to it?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your query and business details – we will revert shortly.
I want to close my FORWARD.REWARDS account. How do I do this?
Primary users must email email@example.com stating that they longer wish to be a member of the FORWARD.REWARDS programme. Upon closing the account, points will be voided immediately.
My company details have changed what should I do?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know.
The primary user has left the company what should I do?
Email email@example.com with details of a new primary user.
The secondary user has left the company, what do I do?
The primary user should nominate a new secondary user.
- Log in to the FORWARD.REWARDS website
- Select “Settings” from the main dashboard
- Select “Add secondary user”
- Select “Edit” to amend the current user to the new one
- Select “Submit” to confirm the changes
Can my company have multiple FORWARD.REWARDS accounts?
No, all companies subsidiaries are contained in a singular FORWARD.REWARDS account. Exceptions may apply and you will be contacted directly by a nominated IAG Cargo Account Manager in this instance.
Who in my company can make a redemption booking?
Only the primary and secondary users can make redemptions for FORWARD.REWARDS.
